Rights and License
​1. License
All articles published in the Journal are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License. (CC BY 4.0)
​2. Author’s Warranties
The author warrants that the article is original, written by the stated author(s), has not been published before, contains no unlawful statements, does not infringe the rights of others, is subject to copyright that is vested exclusively in the author and free of any third-party rights, and that any necessary written permissions to quote from other sources have been obtained by the author(s).
3. User Rights
STRI disseminates articles published as free as possible under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License, which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided that the original work is properly cited.
​4. Rights of Authors
Authors retain the following rights:
Copyright and other proprietary rights relating to the article, such as patent rights
The right to use the substance of the article in own future works, including lectures and books
The right to reproduce the article for own purposes
The right to self-archive the article
The right to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the article’s published version (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgment of its initial publication in STRI.
​5. ​Co-Authorship
If other authors jointly prepared the article, the Corresponding author of the paper warrants that all co-authors have authorized him/her.

6. Royalties
This agreement entitles the author to no royalties or other fees. To such extent as legally permissible, the author waives his or her right to collect royalties relative to the article in respect of any use of the article by the Journal or its sublicensee.
​7. Final Publication
STRI will publish the article (or have it published) if the article’s editorial process is successfully completed. STRI may conform the article to a style of punctuation, spelling, capitalization, referencing, and usage that it deems appropriate for the publication. The author acknowledges that the article may be published so that it will be publicly accessible and such access will be free of charge for the readers.
​8. STRI Members
STRI members are the backbone of the journal. All the eminent personalities on positions under ScienceTech Reports International including Managing Editors (Regional and Local), Editorial Board Members and Advisory Board Members are considered as STRI members. All these positions are Honorary and Voluntary in nature. ScienceTech Reports International has no financial liabilities for these honorary posts.
Managing Editors (local and regional) are supposed to work for the journal in every sense to grow it extensively. They are supposed to invite papers on behalf of the journal which will be reviewed by Editorial Board Members. The final decision will lie with the Editor in Chief.
​Editorial Board Members are the key personalities responsible for the quality of the papers published in STRI. After an initial review by EIC and plagcheck by the STRI office, the paper will be sent to the EBMs for a review. They are supposed to send the comments within the stipulated time period.
​Advisory Board Members are the key personalities responsible for the quality of the journal. They may send suggestions for the betterment of the journal.
​9. Certification
All the positions under ScienceTech Reports International including Managing Editors (Regional and Local), Editorial Board Members and Advisory Board Members are initially for 2 years (1 year for Regional Managing Editors). Official certificate to Managing Editors and Advisory Board Members will be issued only after active and successful completion of 1 or 2 years, whichever is applicable. An official certificate to Editorial Board Members will be issued only after successful completion of 2 years with at least 2 reviewer assignments. Every EB member is requested to submit at least 1 paper to the journal in an year. The EB member should be active in the group and should participate as per the requirements of the journal. In extreme conditions, an STRI member can be removed by EIC from the journal anytime without prior notice, if the member is not found suitable or is not participating actively.
10. Peer Review Policy
In STRI, Double Blind Peer Review is an essential part of maintaining a substantial standard in publishing and brings out the best possible scientific novel information from potential authors and researchers globally.
​Peer Review process: STRI uses a blind peer review system to ensure originality, timeliness, relevance, and readability. The standard peer review process is also essential from the perspective of editorial board members, who take the responsibility for shaping the open access articles to meet the international standards of open access journals.
Peer-reviewed articles are assessed and critiqued by scientists and experts in the same field after the article is distributed for review. An author is expected to incorporate the suggested changes before publication. This process enriches the content and improves the quality of the presentation considerably.
​11. Apply as Reviewer
STRI appreciates and invites applications to join our community of peer reviewers. Our Academic Editors select reviewers on a manuscript-by-manuscript basis. The most relevant scientists will be invited for a peer review in each case. ScienceTech Reports International provides a CERTIFICATE OF REVIEWING to each reviewer after successfully completing the journal issue, if demanded.
12. Plagiarism Policy
Plagiarism involves presenting someone else’s work (copying of phrases, clauses, sentences, paragraphs or longer extracts from published or unpublished work) as one’s own particular work. Self-plagiarism sometimes occurs when an author reuses some parts of his/ her own published work without mentioning the appropriate sources OR submit an identical paper published earlier by adding small amounts of new data. STRI can check plagiarism in the received articles. If a substantial plagiarism content is observed by editors, peer reviewers, or editorial staff members at any stage of the publication process, it will be informed to the author and he has to rewrite and check the plagiarized part the manuscript. STRI also reserves the right to check for research fabrication and use plagiarism detecting software to screen submitted papers at all times.
In accordance with the code of conduct, we will report any cases of suspected plagiarism or duplicate publishing. In any case, if the submitted original manuscript is having a substantial plagiarized content, the article will be rejected on submission and the same will be notified to the author. In this case, author has to recheck the manuscript, correct it and resubmit to the journal for fresh consideration.
ARTIFICIAL TECHNOLOGY: While paper submission, author has to clearly approve in the copyright form and Online Journal Submission System (JSS) that the article writing is not involving any AI technology. In case, the approval is not given by the author, the paper is liable to be rejected.
13. Open Access Policy
All articles published in STRI are fully open access, immediately freely available to read, download and share. The author(s) and copyright holder(s) grant(s) to all users a free, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual right of access to, and a license to copy, use, distribute, transmit and display the work publicly and to make and distribute derivative works, in any digital medium for any responsible purpose, subject to proper attribution of authorship, as well as the right to make small numbers of printed copies for their personal use.
